I. Prayer and call to order

IV.   Rector's Report

A. Attendance - Shelbi recorded minutes.

B. Pastor Jake was asked to write an article about church planting.  He focused on Ephesians 4 and proclaiming the Word of God, because the Word of God is central.  Christ builds His church and our job is to disciple and proclaim.

V.    Senior Warden Report - no report.

VI. Junior Warden Report - not present.

VII.  Treasurer Report

A.  Sent check for piano, to be delivered after the 4th of July.

B.  $500 will be sent to Five Talents.  Plate offering - $2,259 and pledges - $4,973 ($8,000 total pledge)...Our biggest month - Praise God!

C.  Jake would like to have window replaced and the church sprayed for bugs.

D.  There is $25,000 in checking and $75,000 in savings.

E.  File treasurer's report for audit.

VIII.  Outreach Report - Nate requested prayer for guidance for where to go for outreach.

A.  Outreach budget is $14,280.

B.  Possibly donate to RBC ministries which delivers "Our daily Bread" daily devotionals.

C.  Possibly donate towards Rebekah's mission to Honduras.

D.  Possibly donate to Faith Comes by Hearing's organization.

IX.  Old Business

A.  Piano - to be delivered after the 4th of July.

B.  Diocese in formation (ACNA) - Discussion, read the resolution, pray about it and where we can serve Him best, and make decision by August.

C.  Five Talents - Bruce will send e-mail to Diana in order for her to send $500 check.  

X.  New Business

A.  Use of Church facilities by One Source Credit Union on 8-21 and 8-28.  Question is, are they proclaiming the gospel?  Nate mentioned the possibility to start a relationship with One Source.  This relationship could begin through allowing them to use our church upon them agreeing to possibly offer a debt management class through Crown Financial Ministries or some other sort of ministry?  Jake will talk to the manager of One Source about the gospel being the prerequisite and see what their feelings are.

B.  Rebekah going to Honduras - Jake recused himself from this portion of the meeting.  $250 was collected during offerings for Rebekah's trip today...$100 was collected from Saver's...$2,000 is needed for the trip plus spending money.

Bruce motions to give Rebekah $2,000, Nate amends an extra $500 to total $2,500 leaving any extra to go to Rebekah.  Michael seconds motion.  No discussion.  Motion passed.

C.  Faith Comes by Hearing Ministries - Jake would like to purchase 5 Bible sticks at $20 a piece.  Jake would like to find out the price of a proclaimer.  Nate moves to purchase 5 Bible sticks out of outreach.  Michael seconds motion.  Vote was unanimous.  Motion passed.

D.  RBC Ministries - Should we make a donation since we have been receiving "Our Daily Bread" since 09?  Should we bring them into our support circle?  Michael motions to give RBC Ministries $500.  Bruce seconds motion.  Vote was unanimous.  Motion passed.

XI.  Michael led the ending prayer.  Adjourned at 1:29.
